If you need to change your payment date with us, please use our online service. Your first request can be completed free of charge but must be completed 5 working days before your payment is due.

Please note that your agreement number can be found in the following places:

In the finance agreement you received from your dealer, a copy of which you should have also received from us.
In the reference field of your Direct Debit agreement with us. This should be accessible to you via your bank online.
