Please note the easiest way to pay your agreement is by Direct Debit, where payments will be collected automatically on your payment date. If you have recently changed bank accounts or you don’t currently have an active Direct Debit in place, please call us on 020 7222 2426 and if you’re a Consumer customer we’ll do this over the phone.
The card holder address must match the address on the account – any payments attempting to be made by a third party, should be completed by calling 020 7227 7517 - Mon to Fri 8.00am to 17:00pm.
