Since the launch of the Bank in July 2017, we have found that a deep and enduring relationship is building between PCF Bank and its customers.
This has been echoed by the increasing number of customers who have opened multiple accounts with us in such a short period of time.
At present, 7% of the PCF customer base have opened more than one account with the bank. On recently speaking with a customer they told us the reason they had opened several accounts was due to the “excellent quality of customer service that was received”.
Another reason customers have opened more than one account is the ease of service. Our research shows that all additional accounts were opened in under 3 minutes.
Postal applications are something of a rarity within the savings market but the recent comments from customers have been overwhelmingly positive. Customers have found that the ability to complete an application in their own time and the option of calling the London based team to discuss any questions they may have, make opening an account easy and straightforward.
This reiterates the banks focus on “Simple Banking. At your service.”
