Here at PCF we value our customer’s honest feedback and opinions. In May of this year we launched a reviews platform in conjunction with Feefo.
Once a customer has successfully applied for an account with PCF Bank, we will send a short and simple survey for customers to complete. Sticking to our tag line ‘simple banking’ we have created a survey that has only two questions and takes less than a minute to complete. An 89-year-old postal customer recently completed the survey stating they found the bank “Courteous, efficient, friendly. First class all round. Yes, I should recommend them” and giving us a 5-star review.
90% of customers who completed the survey reviewed us with a 4 or 5-star rating. Comments behind such a positive reaction vary from “a very fast efficient service” to “Easy to open new account. Person I spoke to was really helpful and friendly”
